Production schedule

Pre-Date: Friday 4^th November 2011

Location: The Leigh Technology Studio

Day 1 (Saturday 5^th November 2011): Pre-shots of costume and rehearsal for filming the following day. We will be rehearsing all studio shots which will be as follows:

·         Medium shots:  Blurred light.
                                          Singer side on with the Bokeh in the background.

Singer with fairy lights included.

Singer lying down, covered with the fairy lights.

·         Extreme close-up: Singers eyes.

      Female close-up of side of face

      Singers mouth whilst singing.

    Practice with the water on drums and lighting.

·         Long shots & medium shots: Singer dancing.

       Singer wrapped in lights.

      Singer with torch and lighting behind artist.

·         Choreography practice: Dancing and actions

·         Practice/testing with lighting objects/studio lights/disco lights and Dry Ice/fog machine.

This day will last approximately six hours with interval periods (breaks) throughout the day for (15minutes) for each shot. The shots will be recorded for practice shots and back up shots. Day will start at 1000 until 1600.

Day 2 (Sunday 6^th November 2011): We will be travelling up to London to plan the day layout, check train time tables, locations etc.. This will be all day. Will only involve the two directors/producers.

Day 3 (Monday 7^th November 2011): The start of the shoot. Artist is to arrive at 1245 for her makeup to be done at 1300 and costume at 1310. The shooting will start sharp at 1320. Break will be at 1415. Shots to be filmed:

·         Medium shots:  Blurred light.

·         Extreme close-up: Singers eyes.

     Female close-up of side of face with shadows.

     Singers mouth whilst singing.

     Practice with the water on drums and lighting.

     Water on drums being beat with light reflected. (Preferably a blue light).

·         Close-ups: Sparkler alights.

                      Water on drums being beat with light reflected. (Preferably a blue light).

                     

·         Long shots & medium shots: Singer dancing.

                                          Singer wrapped in lights- lights above the head.

The day is to end at 1700.

Day 3 (_____):  We will be travelling up to the second location, London. We will be travelling up to London at approximately 0900 by catching a train at 0845. Here we will be travelling to such locations:  -   -   -   -  -

Shots being performed:

·         Wide/establishing shot: city Scape Sunset – fast forward motion of sunset into city lighting (montage into 3 / eyes)

·         Extreme close-up: Female close-up of side of face with shadows.

    Singers mouth whilst singing.

·         Extreme Wide Shot/Wide Shot: Fireworks going off in the sky

                Motorway filmed – fast forwarded to speed up pace of movement

·         Medium close up shots: Singer walking along walkway of Tower Bridge location

 Singer peering over wall of Tower Bridge location/Bokeh lighting.

·         Medium/long shot: Artist using sparkler writing out the words ‘Lights

        Projection of motorway/car lights onto singer
